EXECUTIVE INSIGHT
BUILT ON EXECUTIVE EXPERIENCE
Practical insight from both sides of the search and selection process
This system is grounded in experience from both sides of the process. Having held multiple cabinet-level roles in both public and private institutions—and having reviewed hundreds of executive applications and participated in many searches—I understand how decisions are made, where candidates lose momentum, and what sets finalists apart from the selected candidate.
My approach translates that insight into practical, actionable guidance tailored to your specific situation.
"The goal is not simply to help you secure the role—it’s to set you up for sustained success. The first year in a vice presidency is the most decisive. With the right preparation and strategy, you can begin with clarity, quickly build trust, and make an observable impact from the beginning."
